1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for orders placed through our Takeaway Platform ("Platform") provided by Tides Catering "Tide & Table Restaurant LTD", "Tides Takeaway" and "Tasty Tides Takeaway". Please read this Policy carefully before using our Platform. By placing an order through our Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. Refund Responsibility
Individual Restaurants are solely responsible for the preparation, packaging, and delivery of your orders.
3. Refund Discretion
Any requests for refunds or disputes regarding the quality, accuracy, or condition of the food received must be directed to the respective Takeaway Outlet. The Takeaway outlet holds full discretion over whether to issue a refund and under what circumstances.
4. Refund Process
If you encounter an issue with your order, including but not limited to incorrect items, missing items, or food quality concerns, please follow these steps:
1) Contact the outlet: Reach out to the Takeaway outlet directly through the contact information provided on your order confirmation or receipt. Explain the issue and provide relevant details, such as order number, date, and a description of the problem.
2) Resolution with Takeaway outlet: The Takeaway outlet will assess your complaint and determine whether a refund or any other form of resolution is appropriate. They will communicate their decision to you directly.
5. Refund Eligibility
The eligibility for a refund will be entirely at the discretion of the management team of the outlet dealing with the claim.
Refunds will not be issued for lengthy delivery times when this has already been advertised to the customer or the customer has been made aware.
6. Discretionary Refusals
Takeaway outlets reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason they deem appropriate. This includes situations where they believe the refund request is not justified or in cases of customer dissatisfaction that do not meet their refund criteria. WE DO NOT SELL FOOD ON TRY BEFORE YOU BUY BASIS.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations of orders may be subject to the policies of the specific Takeaway outlet. Customers are encouraged to review the cancellation policy and confirm understanding of the terms and conditions before placing an order. Placing an order online signifys acceptantace of all policies in place.
